The widget isn't updating in real time.
Widgets refresh on their own schedule set by iOS, so there can be a short delay after a spin before the home screen catches up. Try tapping the widget directly to force a refresh, or removing and re-adding it if it feels stuck.
I didn't get my daily 100 coins.
Coins arrive once every 24 hours from your last claim, not at a fixed clock time. If it's been a full day and you still don't see them, try closing the app fully and reopening it. If that doesn't fix it, email us and we'll sort it out.
I bought Pro but it's still asking me to unlock themes.
This is almost always an App Store sync issue. Open the app, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases." If Pro still isn't unlocking after that, email us with the Apple ID email you purchased with.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by us directly. You can request one through reportaproblem.apple.com. If you run into trouble there, reach out and we're happy to help however we can.
How do I add the widget to my home screen?
Long-press an empty area of your home screen until the icons jiggle, tap the + in the corner, search for Mindful Slot Machine, and choose the square or wide widget. Both update live and follow whichever theme you're using in the app.
Can I change my custom emoji reels?
Yes — head to the Custom Emoji theme in the shop, tap edit, and pick any three emoji you like. Changes apply instantly to both widgets and the in-app reels.
Is there any way to lose coins besides spending them?
No. Coins never expire and are never deducted for spinning. The only way to spend them is when you choose to unlock something in the shop.
Troubleshooting
Restart your phone, then make sure you're on the latest version of Mindful Slot Machine from the App Store. If it still won't open, delete and reinstall — your Pro purchase and coin balance are tied to your Apple ID, not the app install, so nothing will be lost.
Remove the widget from your home screen and add it again. iOS occasionally caches an old widget snapshot, and re-adding it forces a clean reload.
Themes are designed to adapt to light and dark mode. If something looks off, check your phone's Display setting under Settings > Display & Brightness, then reopen the app.
